Organisation profile
Settings > Organisation profile holds the details that belong to your whole organisation rather than to one brand or one person. You need the Tenant Admin role to change them.
Organisation details
Section titled “Organisation details”- Organisation name is how WorkWing refers to your account, for example on the invitations your team receives. Brands have their own names for what customers see; see Brands.
- Workspace URL is the first part of your workspace address,
yourslug.workwing.app. Lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only. You can change it for 24 hours after sign-up, and the page shows how long you have left. After that it’s fixed, and changing it means contacting support. Changing it changes the address everyone uses to log in, so tell your team before you do. - Default country sets the country new addresses start with and the words the address forms use: postcode or ZIP, county or state.
Click Save when you’re done. Nothing changes until you do.
Account summary
Section titled “Account summary”The summary at the bottom is for reference: the Region your data is hosted in, when the organisation was Created, and whether Setup is complete or still in progress. Setup tracks the same steps as the Getting started checklist on the dashboard.
